Forgot Your User ID?

If you forget your user ID, select I forgot my User ID.

Enter the email address in your profile. If the address matches the current email address on file, we will email your user ID to that address.

It may take a few minutes for you to receive the email.

If you do not get the email, check your junk or spam email folders.

To insure you receive future emails, add do.not.reply@cpa.texas.gov to your email Contacts.

Error?

If you see Email address not found, verify you are using the latest email address in your profile. If you do not know the current email address on file, contact us.
