Location #: The Comptroller assigned number for a specific location.
Location Name/Address: The name and address for each location on file.
Number of Rooms: The number of rooms for each location.
Total Room Receipts: The total amount of room receipts for each location.
Taxable Receipts: Enter the amount of taxable receipts for each location. Subtract the total amount of exceptions from the Total Room Receipts and enter the result in Taxable Receipts.
Do not enter exemptions/deductions on this report.
