Submit a detailed list of the fees collected. The data in your file should match the data reported on your return.
You will need to submit separate lists for fees collected for the Sexual Assault Program Fund and the Substance Abuse Felony Program.
Supported file format: .CSV
Supported file size: The file size must be less than 1MB. Multiple files are allowed.
Click on Choose File to navigate to the file. Select it, and choose Upload File to attach the file.
When you have uploaded your files, select Continue.
